It is 11:00 on Tuesday night, and we leave in seven hours! The good news is that I'm almost packed. It seems that I have waited till the last minute, but actually we have been very busy this summer getting ready for Sutton.
Layne decided that she wanted to share her room with her brother, so with her help, we changed her room from pink to blue.
We also decided that for a while he might need to sleep with mommy and daddy, so Layne helped get his crib ready.
Layne has also helped name her new baby brother. She has chosen the name Leroy, and it doesn't really matter to her that Bobby and I have chosen the name Sutton. I guess we might just have to see which name he prefers.
If I want to be ready by 6:00, I better go. The next time I write, we will be in Beijing.
Thought of you this morning while walking the neighborhood! Can't wait to hear updates! I am secretly pulling for Leroy!!!!

I thought about you early this morning, and I want you all to know that the Quarles family will be thinking of you every day. We absolutely can't wait to meet Sutton "Leroy". Layne, when you get home, we want you to come over to play with Ross and William so that your mommy and daddy can have a little bit of free time to get things in order. We can't wait to see you all!!!!
